Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender (lavandula intermedia) is the most versatile of all essential oils. The fragrance is calming, relaxing and balancing – physically and emotionally. Carrying a bottle of lavender around with you is like having your own personal perfume and pick-me-up. Use 4-5 drops in a difuser or simply add to a cotton ball to achieve the desired effect. *Do not apply drops directly to your skin; blend with carrier oils or lotions if you want to apply it that way.
